Your role as an HR Advisor?
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for various HR files (welcome to the world of small companies)! You will be a key player for employees and management in terms of good human resources management practices.

Here are more details about your responsibilities:
- Provide advisory support to managers in the implementation of various HR programs and practices;
- Carry out the complete cycle of the staffing process (job writing, posting, interviewing, onboarding, offboarding);
- Carry out payroll processing;
- Ensure the implementation of working conditions and compensation programs;
- Act as a resource person for all HR related issues;
- Update employee and administrative files and collaborate with finance for payroll follow-up;
- Ensure the circulation of information within the company (weekly meetings, internal communication, etc.);
- Collaborate in the creation of marketing content for the employer brand;
- Coordinate and structure the logistics of the skills development process (training planning, training registry), the contribution assessment process and the career development process;
- Collaborate in the updating of the Health and Safety program
- Facilitate and manage the social committee and the company's health and wellness program;
- Review and improve HR tools (ex: job descriptions, etc.);
- Document procedures and processes.

- Passionate about the mountains and the outdoors: it helps to be even more dynamic, but it remains an asset
Required experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources concentration) or Industrial Relations (other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- Knowledge of the latest HR trends in organizational development
- Knowledge of HR marketing (employer branding, use of social media, etc.)
- Experience in compensation and benefits management (an asset)
- Experience in IT environments (an asset)
- Experience in a start-up or small business (an asset)
- Good knowledge of IT tools (ATS, Google Suite, Confluence, Trello, Slack, etc.)
- Bilingualism (a vital asset)

Our working conditions
- A one-year contract (maternity leave replacement) that will allow you to touch many aspects of the company (if you like to handle everything, you will be fulfilled).
- Ideal start date: March 2023
- This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
